As an artist I like to create art that feels like it is going to jump off the canvas or print. I enjoy photographing in many themes including: portrait, still life, architecture, and nature. I love doing oil on canvas paintings of wild and domestic animals and have been commissioned for pet portraits. I paint in my studio at home. My subject interests have been broadened after traveling to Italy in 2010 for a study abroad program. With painting animals as my passion, one of my goals is to travel to Africa for a safari adventure capturing animals in their natural settings.
