I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than 10 years of experience working with families and individuals in distress. Counseling goals often include such things as organizing and utilizing a network of natural supports, understanding and managing the consequences of trauma, parenting through challenging circumstances or life transitions, and building healthy and rewarding relationships. I also provide clinical supervision for therapists seeking licensure. I earned my BA in Psychology at UVA, and my M.Ed. in Community Counseling from W&M. Post-graduate professional development has included collaborative work with the Mary D. Ainsworth Attachment Clinic and clinical & supervisory training through The Philadelphia Child & Family Therapy Training Center. Call me directly or find me at www.psychologytoday.com. Daytime, evening, and weekend hours are available.
